I used the following commands:

/gamerule allowTnt true
/scoreboard objectives add allowTnt dummy
---------------------------
/scoreboard players set @a allowTnt 0
/execute @a ~ ~ ~ /stats entity @p set QueryResult @p allowTnt
/execute @a ~ ~ ~ /gamerule allowTnt
---------------------------
/execute @a[score_allowTnt=0] ~ ~ ~ /kill @e[type=PrimedTnt]
