To create rules in Hotmail:
- Open your Hotmail account and go to the gear icon at the top right corner
- Click on Manage rules and click New to create a new rule
- Click the drop down menu under When an email matches and select your preference
- Add the email address and select your preference on Do the following drop down menu
- You can also add another Action and forward messages to a certain email address then click Create Rule
