In this tutorial, you will learn How to Create Anime Talking Photos in TalkingPhotos AI which is a cloud-based video creation app. With this AI-powered video creation tool, you can generate different types of images using AI prompts.
In this video, I created an Anime character using an AI prompt. Then, I used the AI-technology to turn the static Anime image into a talking photo. You can add body movements and hand gestures to static photos. You can then add audio by uploading an MP3 audio file of a voice-over, you can record a voice-over within the app, or use the text-to-speech option.
