Learn how to create address labels in Microsoft Word from a list of addresses in an Excel file.
First, we will discuss how the address information should be organized in Excel. Then, we will create address labels using Mail Merge. Next, we will customize the line spacing and font. Finally, we will print the labels.
This tutorial is for Word for Microsoft 365 for PC and Word for Microsoft 365 for Mac (a.k.a., Word for Mac). These steps also apply to Word 2024, Word 2021, Word 2019, and Word 2016. These steps don't apply to Word for the web or Word for mobile.
