Based on some comments and emails I've received I will start to respond to some common issues here.

GarageBand is an Apple program and is not available for Windows computers.

Although iOS devices (iPhones and iPads) have a GarageBand app, it is a lite mobile version that cannot handle the needs of the template and cannot open a file like the template. A Mac computer with the free GarageBand app is needed.

I'll add more answers to common questions in this space in the future.
