This tutorial will show you how I created a viral-style baby podcast animation using AI tools like Sora by OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Adobe Podcast, and Hedra.
Inspired by the Theo Von and Joe Rogan baby podcast trend, I used a photo of myself to generate “Baby Mike,” then brought him to life with voiceover and animation — including a surprise guest appearance by AI Jerry Garcia.
Baby Prompt:
Generate A toddler version of Mike sitting at a podcast desk, wearing large over-ear headphones and a trucker hat, speaking into a professional podcast microphone (like Shure SM7B), stylized like a real podcast set with moody lighting, wood paneling in the background, and a neon sign that says "MIKECAST”. Hyper-realistic photo style. Comedic and charming.
Hedra Prompt:
Make the character look natural and relaxed, like they’re casually speaking into a podcast mic. Add subtle eye movement, occasional slow blinks, and slight head nods to match a confident, chill podcast host. Keep the mouth synced to the audio, with realistic speech motion but not overly animated.
Tools used:
🧠 ChatGPT: chatgpt.com
🎨 Sora (OpenAI): sora.chatgpt.com/explore
🎤 ElevenLabs: try.elevenlabs.io/kuhb3vjoi7gw
🗣️ Adobe Podcast: https://prf.hn/l/7A1xx3g/
🤖 Hedra: hedra.com
Here’s what you’ll learn:
✅ How to write an AI prompt using ChatGPT
✅ How to use Sora to generate realistic baby images
✅ How to clone voices and generate speech with ElevenLabs
✅ How to animate still images using Hedra
✅ Tips for making funny, short-form podcast clips that go viral
