A huckleberry tart recipe!
Feel free to use any berry of your liking such as blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, or any other you have access to! You may need to adjust the amount of sugar added depending on the sweetness of the berry but all will go well!

Ingredients:

Filling:
2 cups berries
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 lemon juice and zest
2 Tbs corn starch
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 Tbs chopped butter

Crust:
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
10 Tbs butter
2 egg yolks
4 Tbs water
1 Tbs cinnamon sugar

Additional Ingredients:
Egg wash
Extra cinnamon sugar
