Learn how to craft a DIY Valentine's Day fortune cookie using Duck Tape® brand duct tape in this easy craft tutorial from DIYer and duct tape crafter Simply Duck Designs. This fortune cookie was made using a cheetah kiss printed duct tape and a Valentine’s Day color theme, but with hundreds of colors and prints available, you can substitute these tapes with any style you choose.

Paper Template
Floral Wire
Crafting Knife
Pen
Paper
INSTRUCTIONS
(00:35) Cut out a circle using a core of duct tape to trace the circle.
(00:52) Lay down three strips of tape 5.5 in. long onto the circle. Flip over the strip so the sticky side is facing you.
(01:20) Use a craft knife to cut slits around the circle on the duct tape.
(01:36) Cut a floral wire 8.25 in. long and fold it in a circle that is small enough to fit inside the circle template.
(01:55) Cut a floral wire 2.5 in. long and attach to the middle of the wire circle.
(02:22) Fold the slits of tape over the wire.
(02:32) Fold the circle in half to start forming the fortune cookie shape.
(02:53) Write your Valentine message!
