1. Place Your Document:
For a single page: Lift the scanner lid and place your document face-down on the glass. Align it with the corner guide.
For multiple pages: Place your stack face-up into the Auto Document Feeder (ADF) on top. Adjust the paper guide.
2. Use the Control Panel:
On the printer’s touchscreen, press the "Copy" icon.
Adjust your settings (see common options below).
Press the "Color" button for a color copy or "Black" for a black & white copy. The printer will start copying.
Quick Settings (On the Copy Screen):
Copies: Tap to change the number (1-99).
Paper Size: Select the size loaded in the paper tray (usually Letter/A4).
Layout: Choose 2-on-1 or 4-on-1 for multiple pages per sheet.
Density: Make the copy darker or lighter.
Fit-to-Page: Scales a document to fit the selected paper.
To Stop a Copy Job: Press the physical Stop button on the printer.
