In this episode of David Cooks, my friend Michael and I teach you how to cook salmon!

MICHAEL'S SALMON RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
Salmon
Several potatoes, enough to cover the bottom of the cooking vessel
A large yellow onion
Two fenel heads

INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit
Line bottom of cooking vessel with thinly sliced potatoes
Slice Fennel and Onion into thin strips
Set pan at medium high and cook small batches of fennel and onion until they go soft and are translucent -- add oil and season (salt and peper) each batch
Evenly distribute onion and fennel into the cooking vessel
Once the full bed of onin and fennel has been created, lay raw salmon (must be scaled -- doesnt have to be skinned) on top of the bed and put into the oven
Salmon is done when pink, cook time will vary depending on size of fish and cooking vessel, (my advice is to buy good quality fish and let discression be your tutor)
