This protein, calories and fiber full salad and meal offers all nutrients that grown man needs, to maintain perfectly balanced weight, feed the muscles, recover, keep your brain happy and have your belly full for the entire day.
This is NOT vegan meal (because of the eggs), but it's vegeterian friendly and highly recommended for gamers (trust me, I know.)
If you are alergic or you doubt in some combinations, please consult licensed doctor, or nutrient, because I am none of those things, therefore this is NOT a health advice!
Just because it helped me, and couple other fellas, it doesn't mean that you should trust me, or that it will be your favorite as well. Inform yourself :)
I have never been consistant to these diet, because of supply issues (i was lazy every 4 days to go to the market). Now since I am at my lake house, and I have no electricity I have to make supply for 30 days in advance, and it works great. I've been on it for a while and it keeps me fed, and I feel no energy dips after eating it. I feel past 4-5 days I've lost almost all the fat, and gained some minor muscles ( I had 4 trainings total so far coz of muscle pain).
