In this video I demonstrate how to cook rice in a cast iron pot. Though I’m cooking this time out side on my rocket stove in cold temperatures. His method works on any stove. Boil 2parts water, add 1 part rice, when water returns to boil cover and let boil five minutes. Turn of stove or remove from fire, let it stand twenty-five minutes covered (with out peaking). Then you will have perfectly done rice.
