In this video, I show how to make a simple DIY adapter for under $4 using an inexpensive DB9 male-to-female cable. The setup was tested on PlayStation 3 with Gran Turismo 6 and OutRun Arcade Online Edition, and works great for bringing your classic H-pattern shifter back to life.
