Hey guys! Today's tutorial is how to conceal dark circles under eyes makeup tutorial. This is another back to basics tutorial, so it will just be going over the application of under eye concealer and hiding dark circles. I am also working on a color theory video that will be upcoming which will talk more about selecting a corrrector for concealing dark circles.
