MYSTERY RANCH designs and manufactures packs for the job that needs to get done, supporting customers who rely on our packs to get home at the end of the day. Our Warranty guarantees everything we build against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the practical lifetime of the product. We will happily offer repair or replacement for issues with materials or craftsmanship. Case-specifically, damage due to normal wear and tear or misuse can be repaired for a reasonable charge.
We kindly require you to wash your pack before sending it in. If we receive your pack and the cleaning instructions were not followed, or if the pack is deemed unsafe for our staff to work on, you will be assessed a $25.00 equipment maintenance fee per pack, or your un-repaired pack(s) will be shipped back to you, at our discretion.
This video will teach you how to clean and unkit your pack so it's ready for our staff to work on it and get you back in action as soon as possible.
