In this video I cover how I clean a TWSBI ECO fountain pen, or a piston-fill pen in general. You can clean it solely by just operating the piston and that works perfectly fine but just might take a little longer. I also show how to remove the nib and feed from the pen to do a more complete and quick cleaning.
Also note, it kind of looks like mold or something that comes out of the pen on the initial flush, but I checked and can assure you it was just dried globs of ink, as it had been months since the pen had dried out. I have had moldy bottles of ink before, so I know what to look out for.
