In today’s video, Derek explains the difference between single-stage recycling and two-stage recycling machines and the tips to choose the right machine for your needs.
Repro-Flex and Repro-Flex Plus are both cutter-compactor integrated recycling machines. This system eliminates the necessity of pre-cutting the material, since the cutter-compactor pre-cuts, pre-heats, and mixes the material that will be fed directly into the extruder.
The waste material can be fed by a belt conveyor and a nip roller at the same time. The feeding is controlled automatically based on how full the cutter compactor is.
Repro-Flex is designed for reprocessing PE and PP films, multi-layered films, stretch films, EPE foam, pre-washed film flakes, printed films, and others. If you have materials that have up to 50% printed surface area, Repro-Flex is the right choice for you.
Repro-Flex Plus is designed for reprocessing the same materials as Repro-Flex, but it can process heavily printed material up to 100%. Two-stage Recycling Machine Repro-Flex Plus is specially designed for heavily printed materials, humid materials, and post-consumer recycling.
