In this video I show how to find the total spindle run hours and the total machine-on time on a SYIL CNC using the Syntec 22MA control.
These totals are stored in the control’s system variables, and I walk through where to find them and which values to look at.
This is useful when you want to know:
How many hours the spindle has actually been running
How long the machine has been powered on
The real usage history of the machine
How to check operating hours before maintenance or service
How to verify machine usage on a used CNC
I also show the exact Syntec screens and parameters used to find the totals.
