This is my simple way to check iPhone battery health fast. I go into settings, search for battery, and tap on battery health.

It shows me the max capacity. If it drops below 80%, it's usually time to think about a battery replacement. This helps me see if my iPhone battery is still in good shape or if it's time for a new one.
