You'll need:
- a pair of needle nose pliers

INSTRUCTIONS:
0:30 Hold caps on each end, twist and pull to remove
1:23 Use needle nose pliers to remove m8 socket head bolt
2:12 Reinsert bolt into wand shaft, wiggle cap onto bolt
