Tools
13mm wrench or socket and ratchet to drain plug.
24mm or 15/16 6point socket and ratchet for oil filter cap.

Torques
Drain plug is 20 foot pounds.
Oil Filter Cap is 18 foot pounds.

Oil is 5qts of 0w-20 synthetic oil of your choosing.
Oil filter is Mopar MO-349 or equivalent.
