We just got done tiling this bathtub so now it's time for caulking. It's easy to make a mess but a little practice goes a long way. You can use masking tape but if you like to live on the wild side like me, you will go free style. Try to cut the tip to the size you want the bead. Apply the caulking evenly and tool with a wet finger. If it's a sloppy, fix it with some paper towel on a knife or wipe it off and do it again. I like to use translucent caulking and it can be used for most applications. Sometimes you need to use clear for dark colours and white on light colours that you need to hide something.
