This Video gives a quick demo of the setup required to record footage from a Playstation 1 console and Sega Saturn, but the method for other consoles is exactly the same. You can even use this method for conversion of old VHS tapes to digital video. You will need the following:
1, An Xbox One.
2, A cheap Scart to HD converter with spare HDMI cable (link below)
3, A Windows 10 laptop with the Xbox Application installed
4, A webcam and headset (for commentary and video only)
5, Xsplit Broadcaster application (free only version require)
6, A hard-wired Ethernet cable between you capture PC and your Xbox One for optimal streaming quality.
7, A retro games console that outputs to via Scart or RGB.
