Flowtoys capsule 2.C shells have leash holes designed for 10mm FPC cord. If you are using smaller cord like 6mm smithy cord, you will need an adaptor. This video shows you how to install and remove the leash adaptor, and what to do if you have super old school flowcord with a knot.
