If you want to cancel your Netflix Subscription, you can’t do it from the Netflix app on your TV. You can do it on TV if you get into the TV's browser and go to Netflix.com, sign into your account and follow the steps as on PC.

To cancel it from a computer, sign in, select your profile, go to Account, Manage membership, scroll down, press on Cancel Membership, press Cancel again and then Finish Cancellation. Now it's done. If you change your mind, you can undo it.

To do it from mobile/ smarphone, get into the app, select your profile, press on your profile icon, then press the hamburger menu, Account, scroll down, press on Cancel Membership, press Cancel again and then Finish Cancellation. Now it's done. If you change your mind, you can undo it.
