For this build, I use Primitive Plus, on Crystal Isles.
This entire build, with the exception of the doorframes, can be built in the standard game. I used almost entirely "vanilla" build pieces. Where I really used Prim + is in the furnishings and decorations. Stay tuned for more builds in Prim +
Foundations for this build are 6 x 7. If you do this in game, I recommend a fenced yard to keep things off your porch
