Today I decided to build a small budget friendly pond fountain. The project is affordable and my current parts total was under $60. I did decide to go with 24v as I had some left over panels that have a VOC of 36 volts. 12 volt pumps seem to be easier to find which is also an option. I plan on adding fish if the pond holds water and currently I am helping improve the water quality by introducing oxygen. This is a basic setup and the main part I wanted to introduce was the umbrella base as it can hold pumps securely and is affordable from my point of view. I will post some links to items and some affiliate links which will pay me a small commission if items are purchased off amazon.
I do believe the well pump will last longer than the sump pump but the sump pump will be more efficent.
