In this tutorial, I'll be showing you how to build a functioning switch track that will allow for a multi pass launch in Planet Coaster.

Since it's not actually possible to do something like this, a glitch is needed to get this done so it may not provide the results you're expecting but it's the closest we'll probably ever get in this game.
