This project was made with the scraps leftover from my previous outdoor build, this hammock stand:

I needed a way to get rid of my treated wood scraps (since I rarely use treated wood in my shop), without just throwing them away.
So I built these little planter boxes with trellis to give these scraps a new life in my garden.
Here's what I used:

Materials:
(1) 5/4 x 6 x 10 decking board: homedepot.sjv.io/rngGQd
(2) 1x2x8 treated board: homedepot.sjv.io/DVLQKG
(1) 4×8 sheet lattice: homedepot.sjv.io/jW1zrb
(1) 2×2, 2×3, OR 2×4 treated board 4ft long (optional–see step 4)
(1) plastic window planter box: homedepot.sjv.io/OR1neK
1 ¼″, 2″, 2 ½″ exterior wood screws
Tools:
Saw (any saw that cuts a straight line would work)
Jig saw (to cut lattice)
Drill/Driver
