How to build a DIY Bat House from start to finish! Not only was this a fun project that resulted in a cool looking bat habitat, but it also served as a very good learning opportunity for my daughter! She researched about all the varieties of bats, habitats, food sources, their role in the natural cycle, benefits to local ecosystems, and so many other amazing facts! And to be honest I learned way more than I even could have imagined on bats too... super cool little creatures!
If you are looking for a cool project to do with the kids or grandkids, or even just yourself.... definitely give it a look! See below for a link to the batcon.org plans we used as a guide for our bat house!
