Step by step instructions on how to boil Louisiana cajun crawfish and lobster.
Crawfish Recipe (40 lbs):
Purge crawfish in running water for 20-30 minutes.
Add 4.5 lbs of Swamp Fire and 4.5 lbs of Louisiana seasoning to a 60 qt pot and bring to a boil.
Put crawfish, potatoes, and sausage in and bring back to a boil.
Turn off the burner, add frozen corn, mushrooms, and soak for 17 minutes.

Lobster Recipe (2 Lobsters):
Put lobsters in refrigerator for 30 minutes or freezer for 5-10 minutes to put them to sleep.
Add 1 lb of Swamp Fire and 1 lb of Louisiana seasoning to a small pot and bring to a boil.
Put 2 lobsters in and boil for 8 minutes.
Turn off the burner and soak for 5 minutes
