How To Blur Layers - Artflow Tutorial

Hey everyone! In today's video, we'll be looking at how to blur your layers in Artflow, on android! Please bear in mind that the layout might seem different on desktop or iOS, BUT the basic gist of the functions should still be the same, so this should be universal. The blurring option here is pretty good, all things considered, although I do wish there was more of a menu for it.
