How to block Ebay buyers, bidders users. I could not find a single source that showed how to do this, so after an hour of searching to find the "block ebay bidders/buyers" list I figured I may as well show how to do it and upload it here.
Follow my steps, or copy and paste the link below to get to the bidder management page, from there click the buyer requirements exemption list and add the users names.
