"Bleeding" is a simple process to remove the air from within Hydraulic Oil and Hydraulic Systems. Air within a closed Hydraulic System can lead to slow, gradual pressure loss. Every set that we release has been assembled, bled, and tested. However, through transit, air can sometimes be introduced into the hydraulics.

This process is similar across all types of hydraulic systems. You always want the bleeding valve at the top of the system, and want to fully run the cylinder through its entire travel. Think of it as "burping" your hydraulics!

As always, we are here to help! Reach out with any questions.
