Rachel Hollis | How to Become BETTER after a Breakup @MsRachelHollis | Uploaded March 2022 | Updated October 2024, 1 hour ago.
Y'all, I was so inspired by the response to Episode 250: Signs Your Relationship is Over, that I felt like I needed to continue this conversation and dig into the hard subject of ending relationships. Specifically, I wanted to chat with y'all about breakups. Breakups are so hard, whether you're the person who decides to end the relationship or if you're the person who gets broken up with and oftentimes it can be impossible to imagine what the future might look like without that partner in your life. My divorce was undoubtedly one of the hardest things I've ever had to go through, but I made a commitment to myself that I would improve myself, that I would become a BETTER version of myself, not a BITTER version of myself. It wasn't easy, but it's one of the best decisions I ever made for myself, so I want to guide you (or anyone else in your life who you think could benefit from listening to this episode) through how I did that, and how you can to.
