The third Challenge Portal can be found north-east of Wiswald, entering the Halls of Tribulation will task you with refighting Martha, Helio, & Domenic.
This is how to unlock level 15 for the Dragoon, Spiritmaster, and Oracle jobs. The fight requires fighting 3 bosses at the same time, so make sure youre well equipped!
This Challenge Portal is Halls of Tribulation IV oddly enough the 1st Hall of Tribulation can not be unlocked until Chapter 7.
I am doing this boss fight on the Hard Mode difficulty, so it might be easier for you than it looks here.
