The third boss fight in Super Mario RPG is in the Mushroom Kingdom vs Claymorton! This boss is guarding the first Star Piece needed to recover the Star Road. To win this battle I suggest saving FP for Mallow's Thunderbolt ability. Swapping to Breezy Mode in the settings menu can also help.
