Ever hear of all-or-nothing thinking? Oh, you have? Oh, it affects you everyday? SAME GIRL SAME. So then you know that it can be debilitating, a SUPER way to make sure that your self esteem stays low and that your reality stays skewed. It's the worst, thinking that just because you uploaded that one YouTube 4 hours later than you intended, that your whole day is ruined!

Obviously, we also struggle from all-or-nothing thinking, some of us are in therapy, and we spend a lot of time thinking about how we can use our planners. Thus, this YouTube was born! Watch along for some fun tips/lists/strategies that can help you stop thinking in black or white terms, and maybe let a little more forgiveness and appreciation into your life!
