Quick video on the build I used to beat the Alicia, it is the optional quest with Maelle when talking to her in camp after you reach relations level 4 after defeating the paintress.

She is very tough as a one on one but we got this! Painted power are mandatory so you can break the 9999 barrier and having a second try at her atacks.

I strongly suggest the Glaisium weapon so you can stay in your virtuose pose for long

The combo is Burning Canvas to apply lots of burns to Alicia, and having her take DoT damage will help you in the fight!

The most important being pictos being :

Stand alone Critical
Solo Fighter
Second chance
Energising turn
First Strike

Having First strike is also super import because it will let you use Elemental Trick first, creating your four charges and by turn 2 you can use the devastating Elemental Genesis attack!
