The chance to perform not as a cute and friendly character, but as an evil, aggressive, demonic beast comes up all the time. In this panel, we will discuss how to perform safely as a more aggressive character.

Aeto has been an active costumer for nearly fifteen years, both building and performing in realistic-styled fursuits, and has been performing as aggressive, demonic characters for around half that time. During this period, he has volunteered at haunted attractions in California, Illinois, and most recently Washington State, performing in these characters.

Monoyasha and I attended Further Confusion 2013 together and participated in Aetobatus' "How to be a Demon" panel for advice and stories on how to perform properly as a character who is much less cute and cuddly... but more intimating and monstrous in both its appearance and acting. We enjoyed ourselves greatly and I hope to share some tips with anyone who was ever curious what they missed during the panel. Thank you Aeto for the presentation!
