I think this is a perfect way to cook bacon, especially when you’re trying to cook multiple items for breakfast. It’s easy, less work and clean. Stick it in the oven, and start cooking your next item.

Set oven to 400 degrees. Cook bacon on one side for 10 minutes, then flip all the pieces of bacon then stick the bacon back in for another 10 minutes.
