andyisyoda shows how to ask for world edit the correct way:

1. Don't ask for it in global chat - msg someone
2. If you can build it by hand then try to do so
3. Learn to place blocks fast and use an enchanted spade to dig dirt/gravel/sand in survival mode
4. Try not to ask the same person twice in one day
5. Only ask trusted or mods for move/copy/paste etc
6. Mark out the world edit points with red wool
7. Write on a sign what you want to happen and look up the codes (this is helpful for the person arriving)
8. Use F3+h to switch on your inventory codes
9. Ask politely and say thanks!
