If you want to appear offline on your Xbox using the Xbox app, follow these steps:
Download the Xbox App: First, download the Xbox app from the Google Play Store (for Android devices) or the App Store (for iPhone/iPad).
Sign In: Open the app and sign in using your Xbox account username and password.
Access Your Profile: Tap on your profile picture located at the bottom right of the screen.
Appear Offline: Under your Xbox name, you’ll see a button that says “Appear Offline”. Tap on it. Once you do that, the green dot on your profile icon will disappear, and you’ll show up as offline.
Remember, appearing offline won’t prevent you from playing online games; it simply hides your online status and game activity from others. If you want to reappear online, just tap the same button again. Alternatively, you can select “Do Not Disturb” to let your friends know you’re online but prefer not to be bothered
