Six controls on the ErgoChair Ultra 2, and none of them is a lumbar dial. Here is what each one does and how far it moves.

In the order the assembly guide numbers them:
1. Seat depth, 18 to 20.5 inches
2. Tension control
3. Seat height, 18 to 23 inches
4. Sliding armrest
5. Armrest height, 7 to 11 inches from the seat
6. Back tilt lock, over a 25 degree recline

There is no lumbar knob because there is nothing to turn. Behind the mesh is a flexible polymer spine, so the back gives as you lean in and comes back as you lean out. Support comes from the structure, not from a setting you dial in once and forget.

Rated to 320 lbs. The chair itself weighs 36.5 lbs. Donati tilt mechanism, tested to 100,000 cycles. Lifetime warranty.
