**clipping doesn't need to be set for low resolution scene as it is in the background**
in this video i show you how to add level of detail (LOD) to larger maps, or navigation meshes. This also includes how to have grass that only becomes visible within a certain distance. The method used utilizes 2 different scenes, a high resolution and a low resolution scene. Each scene's camera has a different clipping range and are overlapped onto each other. This creates the illusion of a changing environment when really two different scenes are being displayed.
