I love the look of foiling, but until now you typically had to be able to put your project through a laminator to get the foiling to stick! The Crafter's Workshop has released a medium called Tacky-When-Dry! This allows you to apply foiling to stencil designs in your journals! As well, you can use it to add foiling to 3D projects, like boxes! Check out the video to see how to use the Tacky-When-Dry Medium!
