How to 3D Model a Cookie Cutter in Fusion 360 (for 3D Printing) // By the end of this video, you’ll know how to 3D model a cookie cutter in Fusion 360.
With most designs, you’ll want to start off with a reference image. I’ve gone ahead and attached a heart silhouette in the video description. To insert the reference image I’ll select the “attached canvas” option in the toolbar. Then, I’ll select the XY origin plane for the face and I’ll select the image from my local machine.

![How to Sketch Rectangles in Fusion 360 (all 3 explained)
Fusion 360 has 3 different rectangle commands. The rectangle tool is a commonly used sketch tool in any CAD program.
Similar to the line command, the rectangle tool can be accessed from multiple places. First, it can be activated from the sketch drop-down list. It’s here that you’ll see the rectangle flyout menu has 3 different types. There are 2 point rectangles, 3-point rectangles, and center rectangles.
You’ll notice the 2-point rectangle can also be activated with the keyboard shortcut letter “R.”

![How to Mirror Sketch Geometry in Fusion 360
How to Use the Sketch Mirror Command in Fusion 360. The sketch mirror command can be activated from the sketch dropdown list or from the right-click sketch menu.
The sketch mirror command lets you mirror or reproduce the selected sketch geometry on the other side of the selected mirror line. It’s important to note that the sketch mirror command does differ from the mirror command located in the create dropdown list. The sketch mirror command only works for 2-dimensional sketches, whereas, the create mirror command works with faces, features, bodies, and components.
