At sixty three, Ricky Lee packed up his entire life in Texas and moved to Charlottetown, P.E.I. For Lee, this move was life-changing. Growing up gay in Texas, Lee had an incredibly difficult time and says he had to hide who he truly was to survive. But when he moved to Canada, Lee found home, belonging and a place where he could truly be himself.
