In 2019, The Walking Dead comic by Robert Kirkman, Charlie Adlard, Tony Moore, and a host of letterers, grayscalers and editors, wrapped up its epic run. And it surprised everyone who had no idea the book was about to end. In this video I discuss both the final storyline, a bit about how it differs from the TV show, and what happened behind the scenes. It's a fascinating example of a long-running story building a satisfying conclusion, which rewards the reader for the time invested on the journey.
