NO SPOILERS!!! Garreth Edwards has a new movie, "The Creator". It was shot with small $4,000 Sony FX3 Mirrorless cameras. This may be the highest budget movie ever filmed on such cheap yet amazing cameras. As an owner of Sony, RED, and Canon cameras who makes videos for a living, I share how I think the footage held up on the IMAX screen in comparison to other more traditional used cinema cameras, after having just watched the movie. Again, there are NO SPOILERS in the conversation.
